Overview

This policy describes what information CloudArmour collects through cloudarmour.io (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It does not cover data processed by self-hosted CloudArmour products (Neurowall, Vaanvil, Elf-Owl, Beagle) once deployed in your own infrastructure — that data stays under your control and is addressed in each product's documentation, not this policy.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information from Site visitors:

• Information you provide directly — for example, your email address and message content when you contact us via a mailto: link or reach out for sales, support, partnerships, or careers inquiries.
• Analytics information — if you accept the cookie-consent banner shown on your first visit, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data (pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device/browser type). If you decline or do not respond to the banner, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries you send us directly.
• To understand aggregate Site usage (which pages are useful, where visitors come from) so we can improve the Site.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Site analytics data for advertising or ad targeting.

Cookies

The Site uses a single first-party preference cookie/local-storage entry to remember your cookie-consent choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies as described in Google's cookie policy. You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. This clears the Site's consent record and attempts to remove Analytics cookies before showing the consent banner again. You can also clear this Site's local storage and cookies in your browser.

Data sharing

We share analytics data with Google Analytics (Google LLC) solely to generate the aggregate usage reports described above. We do not share information you send us directly (email inquiries) with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider), and only as needed to provide that service.

Your choices

• Decline analytics cookies via the consent banner, or clear local storage to reset your choice.
• Use browser extensions or settings to block third-party analytics scripts.
• Contact us at security@cloudarmour.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have sent us directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
